- Why KYC is required
Identity verification is required before you can withdraw. You can still play without it.
- Verify with BVN or NIN

- Upload ID documents
Front of ID and a selfie are required. PNG, JPEG, or WebP, max 5 MB each.
- Name or date of birth mismatch
The name or DOB on the ID must match your Gamers Compete profile.
- KYC pending or rejected
Pending means staff are reviewing. Rejected submissions include a reason so you can retry.
- Withdraw to a bank account
Pick a Nigerian bank, verify the account name, then confirm with a 6-digit email OTP.
- Withdrawal limits and staff review
Default limits are ₦20–₦5,000. Some payouts wait for admin approval.
- Payout failed — wallet refunded
If the bank payout fails, the amount returns to your available balance.
