Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gamers Compete, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any posted policies that apply to the platform. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding agreements under applicable law to use Gamers Compete. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is lawful where you are located.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share accounts, impersonate others, or maintain accounts for fraudulent purposes.
• We may require verification steps, including email confirmation, KYC, or security review.

Gamers Compete facilitates skill-based competitive matches between users. Stakes, match creation, participation, result submission, and dispute workflows are part of that platform experience. You agree not to mischaracterize the service, exploit rule gaps, or use the platform for unlawful betting or prohibited activity.

• Wallet balances may be used to join eligible matches and pay permitted platform fees.
• Deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks may be reviewed for fraud or compliance.
• We may delay, reverse, or refuse wallet activity where required by law, payment partner rules, or risk controls.
• You are responsible for providing valid payout and account information.

• You must join matches in good faith and comply with any game-specific or platform rules.
• Results, evidence, and dispute submissions must be truthful, complete, and timely.
• We may review screenshots, videos, logs, and account history to resolve disputes.
• Gamers Compete may make final operational decisions needed to settle a dispute or protect the platform.

• Cheating, account farming, collusion, match-fixing, boosting, or manipulation.
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
• Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, identity misrepresentation, or multi-accounting.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, malicious, or misleading content or evidence.
• Attempting to probe, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform or its security.

Gamers Compete and its branding, software, and platform materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, review, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, and comply with legal duties.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or payment partners, failed verification, or used the service in a way that threatens security, legality, or fair competition.

The platform is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or outcomes in any match or withdrawal request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamers Compete will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the platform will be handled in the appropriate courts or forums in Nigeria, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

We may update these Terms as the platform, applicable rules, or operational practices change. Continued use of Gamers Compete after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
