KYC pending or rejected

Pending means staff are reviewing. Rejected submissions include a reason so you can retry.

Pending — wait. You cannot withdraw and you cannot send another document pack until review finishes.
Rejected — read the reason on the KYC page, fix the issue, and submit again.
Verified — you can request withdrawals (subject to balance and limits).
