Payout failed — wallet refunded

If the bank payout fails, the amount returns to your available balance.

If Monnify cannot complete the disbursement, the withdrawal is marked failed and your wallet is refunded.

Check that the account number and bank are correct, then try again. Repeated failures should go to support with the transaction time.
