On Create dispute, paste the match UUID or code (for example MTH-…). Name player1 (creator) or player2 (joiner) as the winner.
Upload screenshot or recording proof. Optional extra evidence can be added while the case is open.
Read the warning screen: false disputes have escalating penalties.
