Only participants, and only while the match is SUBMITTED or already DISPUTED.
- Valid vs invalid dispute proof
Clear final score, both names, matching this match. No blurry or edited clips.
- File a dispute
Match ID or code, claimed winner (not a draw), scores, and proof.
- Add more evidence
You can upload extra proof until the dispute is resolved or cancelled.
- How long dispute review takes
Typically 24–48 hours. Video evidence is usually faster. Default timeout setting is 48 hours.
- False dispute penalties
Warning, then a 7-day dispute ban, then 30-day suspension, then permanent ban.
