- Sign-in problems
Wrong password, banned, suspended, or inactive accounts.
- Reset your password
Request a 6-digit email code, then set a new strong password.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Protect your account with an authenticator app. Disable requires your password.
- Change email or username
Email and username are read-only in Settings. Contact support to change them.
- Delete your account
Settings danger zone. Requires your password. This cannot be undone from your side.
- Google sign-in
Use Google to create or access an account. Google email must be verified.
