Prizes, KYC, and withdrawals

Unverified players can receive available balance. Withdrawal still requires KYC.

The pool settles only when every paid placement slot is terminal. 1st / 2nd / optional 3rd credit to available.

You can be paid without KYC. You cannot withdraw until identity KYC is verified (existing wallet rule).
