Stake limits and the 5% platform fee

Default stakes are $10–$1000. The winner gets the pot minus 5%.

Default platform limits are $10 minimum and $1000 maximum. Each game can override those.

Potential winnings ≈ (stake × 2) × 0.95 because the platform fee is 5% of the pot.
