The dashboard stays locked until you add at least one gaming profile. This proves which in-game account you will play on.
Pick a game, enter your in-game ID exactly as it appears in that game, and upload a profile screenshot.
When the profile is saved you are taken to the dashboard. You can add more games later under My Profile → Gaming profiles.
